Performance

In this Bridge Performance release (Mar 22), A few usability adjustments have been made to the Performance Conversation cycles that appear on the Home and Performance Conversation Page.

Updated Feature

Performance Conversation Cycle Updates

A few usability adjustments have been made to the Performance Conversation cycles that appear on the Home and Performance Conversation Page.

Previously, an active Performance Conversation cycle would only appear for participants in the Me > Performance Conversation page if the participant had a self-review to complete. We have unified the experience by allowing all Performance Conversation cycles to show on this page as long as the user is a participant in the cycle. Cycles will show regardless of whether they have a self-review or reviews to complete for their Team.

Closed historical Performance Conversation cycles will appear in the "Past Performance Conversations" on the Performance Conversations page. Closed cycles will not appear in the Growth Section of the Home Page.

Active cycles will appear in the Growth Section of the Home Page and the Performance Conversation page, even if the user participating in the cycle has yet to start the agenda.
