Peer Reviews in Performance Conversations
Peer Reviews have been added to Staged Performance Conversations. This includes Employee Peer nomination, Manager Peer approval, Completion of Peer Reviews, and populating submitted Peer Feedback responses in the Manager and Shared Performance Conversation Agendas.
Admins Information:
You can able to set a minimum and maximum number of Peers to be selected for the conversation.
You can set an anonymity level for peer reviews which are; anonymous to the recipient, fully anonymous to the recipient and Manager, non-anonymous for the recipient and Manager
Advanced Peer Review settings, enabling peer reviews, peer selection limits, and anonymity, cannot be edited in an active or closed cycle.
Targeting is available for Peer Review questions that the reviewer must complete.
You can overlap dates for the Peer Reviews and Non-Peer Review cycle pieces.
(Peer Review in Performance Conversations)
Manager Information:
On the Performance Conversation Dashboard you will see a new column called "Peer Selection" under the "My Team" section you will click the Start button to approve your employee's peers. Only submitted peer lists are eligible for approval.
The number of Peers selected must meet the minimum requirement but cannot exceed the maximum.
Once you have approved the peer list, or the conversation has completed, changes cannot be made to the list.
Employee Information:
On the Performance Conversation Dashboard you will see a new column called "Peer Selection" under the "My Review" section you will click the Start button and select your peers.
You can select any user within your organization except for the person who is set to do your Performance Conversation. Note that there will be a minimum and maximum number of users that can be selected for the Peer Review.
When you submit your peer list, your Manager must approve it for the Peer Review to be created. Once the list has been approved, changes can no longer be made.
