This article will guide customers who have purchased Develop on how to effectively manage Skills as an Admin in the Talent Marketplace.

To view Skills Analytics, navigate to Analytics>Skills:
The Skills Dashboard consists of four sections, referred to as 'widgets.' Hover over the information icon "ℹ️" to view a brief description of each widget's purpose.
Clicking on the number in each widget allows you to download that information. Below, the Company Skills widget displays all the Skills associated with your account.
The Job Titles widget provides insights into how many Skills are mapped to each Job Title, as well as those that are not.
The Content Skill Gaps widget shows the number of Courses associated with a specific Skill, along with the count of employees interested in developing that Skill.
You can also click on the various segments of the Profile Completeness pie chart to access detailed user-level information.
