Bulk Actions on the Courses Page

Admins can easily manage their content by bulk archiving courses, deleting courses, and auto-tagging skills to courses.

Notes: 

• Bulk actions are only available to users with Admin access. 
• Bulk auto-tagging of skills to courses will only be available to customers using Skills+.

Re-enroll Completed Learners Groups in Courses

Admins can re-enroll all completed learners by group in courses. This option is available when Relevance is set as required for the group. You can access this option by opening the action menu and selecting 'Re-enroll all completed.' This will re-enroll all users in the group who have already completed the course but need to re-take it.

Question Responses CSV Export in Performance Conversation Insights

Admins can export a CSV of Question Responses for Performance Conversation cycles on the Insights page.

Note: The Question Responses CSV Export will show data in real-time and is available for all Performance Conversation cycles (Staged, Staged with Peer Reviews, and Free Conversations).
