Account admins can send a message to an individual user in your Bridge account. Messages are sent to the email address in the user's profile.
• Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.
• Messaging is a one-way feature; users cannot reply to messages.
• Notifications must be enabled for the account.
• If a user has been unsubscribed from email notifications, the user will not receive any messages.
Open Admin Menu
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Admin icon. Then, click the Users & Permissions menu option.
In the Users & Permissions menu, select Manage Users.
Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ depending on what is enabled in your account.
On the User Details page, click the Message icon.
The Custom Message option is the default in the message drop-down menu . In the text field, enter the content of your message .
Click the Send button.
Confirm your message was sent.
