The Insights page provides an overview of users and trainings within your domain and allows you to masquerade as an employee, view and export reports, and send messages to employees. You can also view a snapshot of your account totals.
Note: Some features may be restricted based on permissions for your user role.
Open Insights Menu
Click on the INSIGHTS option in the Global Navigation menu. Then click on Overview.
Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ depending on what is enabled in your account.
View Insights Page
The Enrollment Completion bubble chart is the first item on the Insights page, provided your domain contains 250 employees or less. This chart gives a high-level overview of how users are performing. You will only see users under your domain.
To change the time frame, click the Time Frame drop-down menu  . You can change the time frame to the last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days, all time, or a custom date range. The chosen time frame will be applied to all statistics on the Insights page. To learn about the different elements of the chart, click the Explanation icon . Each bubble on the graph represents a user and the size of the bubble is proportionate to the employee's total number of course enrollments.
View Completion Details
To view more details about a user's progress, hover over the user bubble. The Enrollment Completion Details pop-up menu shows the number of completed, overdue, and permanently failed enrollments for a specific user. You can message the user by clicking the Message icon . To see the full detailed list of the user's courses, click the View Enrollments link .
Note: The option to message an user will not be available if notifications have been disabled for the account.
View Team Completion Rate
To message a group of employees who fall within a certain completion rate range, click the Message button . Click and drag the vertical bars along the length of the chart to select the employees you'd like to send a message to. To compose and send your message, click the Select button .
Note: The Message button will not be shown in accounts for which notifications have been disabled.
View Overdue and Completed Employees
You can view the number of users who are overdue on one or more learning items. You can also view the number of users who have completed all of their required training. To view more details, click the Deep Dive button below each number.
View Enrollment Details
You can view the enrollment completion details for both required enrollments and non-required enrollments across all content types in your domain. To view the Deep Dive Reporting page, click the Deep Dive button below either widget.
View Insights Page Statistics
The four widgets on the Insights page show how users are using Bridge. The Active Users widget shows both the number and percentage of unique team members who have signed into Bridge . To view your users' Sign-in Report, click the Deep Dive button .
The Average Procrastination widget shows how long it takes users to complete a course after they have been enrolled . The Number of Hours widget  and Most Active Day widget  show how many total hours have been spent on taking courses and what day of the week users prefer to use Bridge.
Note: The number of hours spent learning in Bridge is calculated by totaling the time spent taking a course and excludes any time spent editing a course.
View Device Distribution
The Device Distribution chart shows what percentage of your users are viewing Bridge from a desktop, tablet, or mobile device.
