How do I prepare a Performance Conversation agenda using the Performance Conversation Wizard as a manager?

As a manager, using the Performance Conversation Wizard helps you prepare a Performance Conversation agenda to have career and growth discussions with your employees to ensure their career paths stay a priority.

Open My Team Page

When a Performance Conversation cycle has been started you will see the option in the Growth section of your homepage. You will then click on the card for the Performance Conversation.

Note: The Global Navigation menu may differ depending on what is enabled in your account.

If your organization has scheduled Performance Conversations, you can begin creating Performance Conversation agendas. To begin an agenda between you and your manager, click the START link under SELF REVIEW [1]. To begin an agenda for your employees, click the START link under MANAGER REVIEW [2].

Once you select Start it will take you to the Performance Conversation wizard, in here you will select Get Started to start filling in your Performance Conversation details.

Note: You can close and resume the wizard at any time.

Click the Get Started button.

Complete Wins Section

In the Wins section, you can add achievements and celebrate items that you are proud of your employee accomplishing. You can add notes in the text field [1]. You can view and add goals that have been completed or that are going well for your employee [2], you can add achievements [3], and you can add completed feedback results [4].

To move to the next section, click the Continue button [5].

Complete Plan Section

In the Plan section, you can add your plans to help your employee grow and improve their skills. You can add notes in the text field [1]. You can view and add goals that will help your employee succeed [2], add feedback [3], tasks [4]and you can add learning items [5].

To move to the next section, click the Continue button [6].

Complete Other Section

In the Other section, you can add notes to discuss with your employee.

Share Performance Conversation  Agenda

Click the Submit button.

Preview or Share Performance Conversation

Once you've submitted the Performance Conversation you've filled out you can either Preview Shared Agenda or Start Conversation. Previewing will show you the information you've submitted as it will appear once the conversation has started. Starting the conversation will share the information with the user.
