How do I use Feedback as an employee? Follow
As an employee, you can use feedback to measure your job performance.
Note: Depending on your organization's preferences, you may see a different scale in your assessments.
Open the Feedback Page

In the Global Navigation menu go into the ME section. Once in there select Feedback.
View Feedback Page

The Assessments page allows you to view pending, open and completed assessments.
- The Give Feedback section displays your pending assessments that need to be completed [1].
- The Open section displays your requested and open assessments [2].
- The Past section displays your completed or expired assessments [3].
To view your skill summary, click the name of the assessment [4]. Each assessment shows you the assessment date, feedback type, number of responses, and status [5].
To assess a peer, click the Give Feedback link [6].
To request feedback, click the Request Feedback button [7].
View Skills Summary
The Skills Assessment page displays your most recently assessed job skills. Job skills not included in the most recent peer assessment will not be displayed.
The placement of your avatar indicates the average mastery level chosen by assessors [1].
To return to the Assessments page, click the close icon [2].
View Self Assessment Skills Summary
If you self assess, the Skills Assessment page displays the Assessment Summary tab [1] and Response tab [2].
On the Assessment Summary page, you can filter results between yourself and your peers. To select or deselect results, click your avatar or the Peer Avg. avatar [3].
On the assessment slider, the placement of the avatars indicate the average mastery level chosen by you and your assessors [4].
To return to the Assessments page, click the close icon [5].
On the Response page [1], you can view separated assessor responses. To navigate between the different responses, click the number button [2]. View the assessor's responses on the assessment slider [3]. All responses are anonymous.
Start Assessment

If you need to complete an assessment, in the Give Feedback section, click the Give Feedback link. Then click the Start button.
Assess User

To assess the requester, use the assessment slider scale to select the skill mastery level [1].
To add a comment, click the click inside the comment box [2].
If you'd like to only show the comments given to the manager select the Comments visible only to manager [3] checkbox. This option is available for both effective and improve skills options.
Click the Next button [4]. Depending on how many skills need to be assessed, you may need to repeat this process multiple times.
To skip assessing a skill, click the Skip button [5].
If needing to leave the skills feedback for now and start again later select the Finish Later [6] option.
Assess User with Likert Scale

Depending on your organization's preferences, while completing an assessment you may see a Likert scale.
To assess the requester, click the number correlating to skill mastery level [1].
To add a comment, click the comment box [2].
If you'd like to only show the comments given to the manager select the Comments visible only to manager [3] checkbox. This option is available for both effective and improve skills options.
Click the Next button [4]. Depending on how many skills need to be assessed, you may need to repeat this process multiple times.
To skip assessing a skill, click the Skip link [5].
If needing to leave the skills feedback for now and start again later select the Finish Later [6] option.
Submit Assessment

Click the Submit button.
Complete Assessment

Click the Complete button.
