How do I edit my profile in the Bridge directory?

If enabled for your account, you can edit the details of your Bridge directory profile. You can choose a profile image, create a personal summary, enter your birthday and phone number, and list your interests and skills.

Note: Any fields that cannot be edited in your profile can only be changed by an administrator.

Open User Profile

In the My Career page, click your Profile Picture icon.

Edit Profile

Click the Edit Profile button.

In the profile editor, you can upload or edit your profile picture [1]. To edit your personal summary, click the Summary field and type a description of yourself [2]. To enter your birthday, click the Month [3] and Day [4] drop-down lists and select your birth month and day. To enter your phone number, click the Preferred Phone field and type your phone number [5].

To add an interest to your profile, click the Add Interest link [1] and begin typing a search term in the search bar [2]. Select an interest option from the drop-down list of search results [3]. If you don't see your interest in the pre-populated list, click the Add a New Skill link [4].  

To add current skills you have or skills you would like to develop, click the Add Skill buttons [5]. To remove a skill or interest, click the button label of the item you want to remove [6].

Notes: 

  • Any fields that cannot be edited in your profile can only be changed by an administrator.
  • The skills you add to the Skills You Want to Develop section of your profile will also display in the Desired Skills section of your Career Everest page. 
  • Adding a skill to your profile will automatically add you to that skill community.

Save Changes

To save your changes and exit the profile editor, click the Save Changes button [1]. To exit the profile editor without saving your changes, click the Cancel button [2].
