Add Existing Goals to Focus Skills

Users can add an existing goal to a focus skill in their Career Development Plan. Additionally, goals can be attached to more than one focus skill. This feature reduces employee workflow by allowing them to connect goals to focus skills without duplicating a skill.

The Bridge Welcome Email has been updated to be more inclusive of Employee Development users. Learn-only users will continue to see the previous version of the Bridge Welcome Email.
