Custom Future Roles

Employees can create and add custom future roles in the Career Everest page if the desired role is not available in their organization's roles database. Once a custom future role is created, the role is searchable in other areas of Bridge by all Bridge users in that organization. This feature allows employees to make their Career Everest better reflect their career aspirations.
