Custom Skills in Everest

Employees can create and add custom skills to their Career Everest page. Once a custom skill is created in Everest, the skill is searchable in other areas of Bridge by all Bridge users. By creating custom skills, employees can make their career planning in Bridge a more accurate reflection of their career goals.
