New Features

Performance Conversation Report

Admins can track Performance Conversation completions through the Performance Conversation Report. This feature provides admins with easy access and visibility to their organization’s Performance Conversation data.

Admins can view their organization’s overall Performance Conversation completion percentages, as well as completion percentages for individual managers and employees. Performance Conversation Report data updates every 24 hours. This data is only available within the Bridge interface; CSV exports are not available for Performance Conversation report data.

Skill Communities

Users can search for Skill Communities in the Directory to find people who can help or need help with a skill. This feature provides employees with an easy way to connect with coworkers who have similar interests.

In the user profile, users can add skills or topics that they have an interest in, skills that they are willing to help others develop, and skills they are trying to develop.

Skill communities are accessed by searching for skills using the search link in the Global Navigation or by clicking skill links within other profiles.

Within a Skill Community, users can view people willing to help with a skill, people wanting to develop a skill, or people interested in a skill. Users can add themselves to a community by clicking the I’m Also Willing, I Also Want This Skill, or I'm Also Interested buttons.
