In this Bridge Perform release (March 21), admins can schedule the frequency and notifications for Performance Conversations. Additionally, tasks can be added to Performance Conversation agendas.
Performance Conversation Scheduling
Admins can schedule the frequency and notifications for Performance Conversations. This feature allows admins to schedule Performance Conversations for the entire organization.
Performance Conversations can be scheduled clicking the toggle button.
In the Performance Conversation Schedule tab, admins can schedule the date of the next Performance Conversations occurrence and the frequency (every 1, 3, 6, or 12 months). The monthly frequency defaults to every 3 months. Additionally, admins can select when the first, reminder, and overdue message notifications are sent. The first notification defaults to 10 days before the Performance Conversation is scheduled, the reminder notification defaults to 5 days before the Performance Conversation is scheduled, and the overdue message notification defaults to 5 days after the Performance conversation is scheduled.
When admins schedule Performance Conversations, a banner is displayed and users can begin creating Performance Conversations by clicking the Get Started button.
When admins schedule Performance Conversations, notifications are automatically sent to users through email and are displayed in the Notifications menu in Perform.
Tasks can be added to Performance Conversation agendas. Additionally, the task menu has been updated to display consistently throughout Perform.
