Goal Privacy

Users can decide whether to share their goals with their manager, their entire company, or to keep their goals private. This feature allows users to customize their goal privacy level and allows their goals to be displayed or not displayed on their timelines. Users cannot align a personal goal that has been marked as private to team or company goals. Additionally, admins and managers cannot view goals that have been marked private by an employee.
