Admins can customize the assessment scale using the Likert scale type. This feature allows admins to customize assessment ratings based on their organization’s preferences. Admins can select the Likert type radio button to change the scale type.

Admins can adjust color schemes and category labels for assessment scales. Changes made to the default options will apply to future assessments.

When admins select the Likert Scale radio button, users who are completing an assessment will see the Likert scale instead of the default scale.
