In this Bridge Perform release (October 18), job titles from active Bridge Learn users are automatically synced to Bridge Perform.

Job Title Sync from Bridge Learn

Job titles from active Bridge Learn users are automatically synced to Bridge Perform. The job titles display in the Assessment Settings in the Job Titles page. Existing job titles in Perform will not be deleted.

Additionally, the job titles display a total number of employees with a specific title. This change allows job titles to be added or updated in Perform without requiring them to be manually added or updated in the user interface or with a CSV file.
