The Bridge Mobile app allows managers to access their Bridge learning items, 1on1 agendas with their employees and peers, and their organization’s directory while they are away from a computer browser.
Notes:

• Not all Bridge web features are supported in the app at this time. View Bridge Mobile app features by version and device.
• The Bridge Mobile app uses your device's settings to set the time zone used within the app.
• Depending on your organization’s preferences, your user menu may differ from what is shown in this lesson.
View Home Screen
When you sign in to the Bridge Mobile app, the landing page is the Home screen. You can view your user settings [1], view your Learning content items [2], view 1on1 Agendas [3], and view the people you work with [4]. Using the Navigation menu, you can view the home screen, learning items, 1on1s, and search for people in your organization [5].
View Learning
To view all your learning items, tap the View All link [1] or tap the Learning icon [2]. Alternatively, in the Home screen, you can tap a learning item’s card [3].
View Learning Items
You can view your required learning items [1], learning items added by you [2], and completed learning items [3].
View 1on1s
To view your 1on1 agendas, tap the 1on1 icon [1] and then tap a 1on1 agenda card [2]. Alternatively, in the Home screen, you can tap a 1on1 agenda card [3].
View 1on1 Agenda
You can view and add 1on1 agenda items [1]. Additionally, you can add tasks [2], view goals [3], view achievements, and view learning items. To complete a 1on1 agenda, tap the Complete 1on1 button.
View Directory
To view people in your organization, tap the People icon [1]. Alternatively, in the Home screen, you can tap a user’s profile picture [2].

To search for people in your organization, enter a name in the Search field.
