In this Bridge Learn release (June 27), the author role no longer includes the default permissions to view or edit checkpoints. A bug fix is also included.

Author Permissions

The author role no longer includes the default permissions to view or edit checkpoints. The view and edit checkpoints permissions have been automatically disabled for all authors. These permissions will need to be enabled/re-enabled by an admin in order to give an author access.

Courses can be added to a category without error. Previously, when a course was added to a category, the category would duplicate.
