Practice Release Notes (2019-12-19) Follow
In this Practice release (December 19), Bridge supports an LTI Outcome Service that automatically passes information from Practice to Bridge.
Updated Features
LTI Outcome Service
Bridge supports an LTI Outcome Service that automatically passes information from Practice to Bridge. Users no longer have a Mark Complete button on Practice exercises—exercise completion is now automatically communicated to Bridge. This change automates exercise completion and gives authors control over how an exercise is scored.
Authors can select which kind of score will be passed from Practice to Bridge and allow a user to move forward in a program: completion score, instructor score, or peer score.
- Completion score is based on a user’s progress and completion of stages in an exercise. Users must complete at least the prompt and response stage for the Completion score to pass from Practice to Bridge.
- Instructor score is based on being assessed and marked complete by an instructor.
- Peer score is based on receiving peer assessments from other users.
