In this Bridge Engage release (August 15), admins can modify which user roles receive permissions for engagement surveys.
Updated Features
Engagement Survey Permissions
Admins can modify which user roles receive permissions for engagement surveys. By default, admins, IT admins, and account admins will still receive permission to view engagement survey results, respond to comments, and manage engagement surveys, but all those permissions can be revoked as needed. This update gives admins more control over who can see engagement survey results when those results may require additional confidentiality than is granted by the default permission settings.
