1on1 Insights for Managers

1on1 Insights is available for managers in the Insights page. This gives better visibility to managers and allows them access to their team 1on1 data, specifically 1on1 frequency.

The 1on1 frequency chart is scoped to only display a manager’s domain. The 1on1 data can be exported to allow further analysis of 1on1 cadence.

Fixed Bug

Insights Access

Managers and users with custom roles can access the Insights page. Previously, managers and users with custom roles could not access the Insights page and were redirected to an error message.
