Performance Conversation Dismissal

Performance Conversation dismissal is shown on agenda cards. If a Performance Conversation has been started but not finished by the end of the Performance Conversation cycle, the agenda will be dismissed once the new scheduled cycle begins. This change clarifies to employees that their Performance Conversation agenda has been dismissed and invites them to create a new agenda.
