Talent Review

Bridge introduces Talent Review, a fully-customizable 9-box review tool for HR and executive-level managers to calibrate and understand the distribution of talent across an organization, identify key roles and risks, and facilitate succession planning.

The 9-box review tool helps managers identify employees who are ready for promotions, pay raises, or growth plans, and get alignment across the management team on how best to move forward.

Managers are able to evaluate employees based on behavior and results, while gauging key roles and risks and promotion and growth options. These default evaluation options can be changed and customized.

Talent Review provides the option to filter by action plan, key/critical, promotion, 9 box, team, or org level.

Talent Review axes titles, questions, and categories can be fully-customized in Account Management settings to fit the specific goals and needs of an organization. Admins also have the ability to manually stop or start a Talent Review cycle.

Admins can control which managers are able to participate in Talent Review. Only managers that have been added as participants are given access to the 9-box data. Once a manager is added, they are able to access, view, or edit data for their direct reports and any employees downstream of them in the org chart.

The Roles and Permissions page includes a Facilitate Talent Reviews permission. This permission determines which user roles have access to Talent Review data.

Other Features

Manager Insights

Managers have access to the Insights page. The Insights page is scoped to a manager's domain, and includes the Learn data card, as well as the Talent Review card–if they have permission to access Talent Review data. This gives better visibility to managers and allows them to access their team data.
