My Career Page Interface

The My Career page displays an updated interface. The updates include highlighting high-priority cards, prioritizing sort order, and the inclusion of additional items in the People column. The new items that display in the People column include performance conversations, assessments, check-in 1on1s, and peer 1on1s. These interface updates reduce clutter on the homepage and drive attention to high priority items.

Goal Creation Workflow

The Goals page features an adjusted workflow. The Done button has been renamed the Create Goal button and has a persistent location near the bottom of the Bridge window. This interface update creates a simpler, more intuitive goal creation workflow and makes the goal creation process more accessible for all users.
