In this Bridge Perform release (October 4), completed 1on1 agendas have been moved to a dedicated agenda history page, and the My Team page user interface has been updated to focus on 1on1 agendas.

Updated Features

1on1 Agenda History

Completed 1on1 agendas are located on a dedicated agenda history page. Agenda histories are listed in chronological order. This feature allows users to view and search for previous agenda items.

The agenda history page can be viewed in a user’s 1on1 agenda using the more options icon.

My Team Page Design

The My Team page user interface has been updated to focus on 1on1 agendas. All employee cards have been updated and no longer display tasks and achievements. This update allows for future user interface additions to the My Team page.
