Assign Learning Content in 1on1
Managers and employees can assign learning content from within a 1on1 session. In the newly added My Learning section of the 1on1 page, both participants can add a learning item using the Add Learning link. Items assigned by a manager are marked as required, and items assigned by the employee are optional.
Self Assessments
Employees can author and complete self-assessments of their job skills. Once the Self Assessments option is enabled for the account by an account admin, employees and managers can author an assessment that will be completed by the employee to assess their job skills.
