2017-12-21 New Bridge Perform Features

In this Bridge Perform release (December 21), several goal analytics are available in the Goal Performance page. A redesigned 1on1 agenda layout provides a more intuitive 1on1 experience. Additionally, an updated My Team page gives managers access to 1on1 agendas for direct reports and peers from outside their team.

Note: In observance of the upcoming holidays, Bridge will not deploy any releases between December 23 and January 5. The regular release schedule will resume the week of January 8.

New Features

Goal Performance Page

A variety of goal analytics are available in the Goal Performance page. Goal performance can be filtered by time frame and by specific company goal. Statistics for the number of goals per employee, goal completion rates, overdue goal rates, and alignment rates give managers and admins insights into employee performance.

Updated Features

1on1 Agenda

A new design of the 1on1 Agenda page gives managers and employees a more collaborative layout structure to conduct their 1on1s. The agenda is separated into three collapsable sections. The Shared Agenda section provides a space for both users to conduct discussions and respond by adding notes, which can be formatted using the Rich Content Editor. The Tasks section allows either user to create, assign, complete, and delete tasks. Tasks can be marked complete or deleted by the manager or employee regardless of who created the task. The Goals section shows goals of the direct report along with the due date and alignment information.

The workflow for conducting 1on1s has also been streamlined and now consists of viewing the agenda, adding agenda items, and marking the agenda as complete. The agenda can continue to be modified by the manager or employee at any point throughout this workflow. Agenda items will be carried over from one 1on1 to another until the item is removed.

My Team Page

Managers can access 1on1 agendas for direct reports and peers from outside their team in the My Team page. Agendas for direct reports are shown in the My Team section, and agendas for peers outside team are shown in the Virtual Team section.
