In this Bridge Perform release (March 20) Admins can specify if anonymous feedback is required and who can view the anonymous feedback. Performance Conversations are private until the agenda is shared with the other person. Additionally, Admins can add descriptions for the different dimensions of Talent Reviews.
New Features
Non-Anonymous Skill Assessments
Admins can specify if anonymous feedback is required and who can view the anonymous feedback. Admins can select whether anonymous feedback is required for assessments. Requiring anonymous feedback is enabled by default.
The Assessments settings page includes a “Require Anonymous Feedback” permission. Managers can choose whether skill assessment assessors will be anonymous or have their names visible. Selecting the non-anonymous option will show the name of the person that provided the specific feedback.
Updated Features
Performance Conversation Visibility Updates
Employees and managers cannot view what the other has written in the Win, Plan, and Other sections of a Performance Conversation Agenda until the agenda is shared by the Manager.
Previously, employees and managers were able to see what the other wrote in a Performance Conversation before the discussion actually occurred. This update helps users feel more comfortable sharing information and better utilize Performance Conversations.
Managers are now the only users that can start and end a Performance Conversation. Once the Manager selects Start Conversation, those notes will be visible to the user.
Note: Goals, achievements, assessments, tasks, and learning items within a Performance Conversation Agenda are still shared between employees and managers while making an agenda.
Talent Review Dimension Descriptions
Admins can add descriptions for the different dimensions of Talent Reviews. Previously, there were no descriptions for the dimensions. This was updated to help provide a clearer understanding of what is expected for each item.
