Checkpoint Resetting Options

Checkpoints include new resetting options. Admins and managers can select a new approver for a checkpoint. Checkpoint approvers can be reset by clicking the current approver’s name and then searching for the name of a new approver.

If the checkpoint progress is listed as Pending Approval, Retry, or Completed, admins and managers can reset the checkpoint by clicking the progress status and then clicking the Reset Checkpoint link. The checkpoint will need to be reset before the approver can be changed. These options enable admins and managers to have better checkpoint flexibility and control.

Manager Insights View

Managers can only view users within their domain on the Insights data page. Previously, managers were able to see all users on the Insights data page.

Open Sesame Course Synching

Open Sesame courses are synching correctly into Bridge. Previously, Open Sesame courses were not syncing correctly in Bridge.
