Creating an account
If you've ever communicated with our support agents through email, you will already have an account in the new Help Center. However, you likely won't have a password set up at this time. To set a password click on the "Sign in" [1] link in the upper right-hand corner of the Help Center. In the sign-in screen click the "Get a password" link [2]. If you've not communicated with the support staff through email, click the "sign up" link [2].
How to access your Support tickets
Once you've created your user account you can view tickets that you've submitted or have been cc'd on. To do this click on your name in the top left-hand corner [1] and then select My Activities [2].
In your activities area your tickets are under the My Requests section. This area will show you the Subject, Ticket ID, created date, last activity date and status. To view the specific ticket fully click on the subject for that ticket; this will allow you to view the full ticket history.
In the My Activities area you can also view your Contributions to the community and articles you are Following.
Community
The Community has gone live! To access it select Community [1] from the top right. In here you can create a New Post [2], view Announcements [3] we have posted, or go into the Community Q&A [4] where you can read and comment on existing posts.

If you need assistance from support you can reach out to us at any time! To locate the contact information you will select the question mark icon [1] in the bottom left. Then chose your preferred method of contact from the options available [2].
Note: The options you have may differ from what is show based on your account is setup.

where can i find the ,y learning page to start my online course im so confused
Hi Patricia!
Once you've logged in you will want to click on "ME" in the top left-hand corner. Once you go there you will be taken to the Learning page which will show all content you've been enrolled into as of this time. Please don't hesitate to reach out to support if you need any additional assistance!
