SCORM launch and passback optimizations

An optimization update to the Rustici SCORM Engine has made response 10-15 times faster. This should reduce the number of delays or timeouts when Bridge needs to interface with the Rustici engine. This can provide improvements in course launch times, recording progress, and passing back the completion data. 

Live Training Calendar Overlay

The session information pop out for Live Trainings on the Learners side are now properly displaying. The pop up which shows the session information had opacity issues which made it hard to read.
