Managers can see capacity limits for Live Training Sessions

Managers will be able to see the capacity limits for live training sessions. This is so they do not enroll learners into a session that is already at capacity. Previously, managers could only see the capacity session as it related to their direct reports, this caused enrollments to go above the seat limit. Note: You will be able to add users to any session regardless of whether or not it's at capacity; this helps to make a more educated decision when enrolling learners.

Better visibility of assessments in Performance Conversations.

Managers and employees will have better visibility into assessments when setting up a Performance Conversation. This allows the ability to easily add closed assessments; these can be either complete or incomplete. The assessments section is now visible in the Performance Conversations area at all times to make assessments a more prominent and valuable feature when conducting Performance Conversations.
