How do I use Collections in Studio Follow
Bridge Studio integrates with Bridge and allows authors, managers, or admins to integrate media interaction in their courses.
In order to access the area to create a collection users role requires the permissions set for "LTI Launches".
Collections are folders that allow the grouping of videos within the Studio account.
Note: Videos can only exist within one collection, to add the video to multiple collections it will need to be uploaded multiple times.
Start a new collection
To create a new Collection within Studio navigate to the admin side and select +Collection.

This will then provide a box in which to name the collection. After naming it hit the create button.

Adding Media
Once you hit create for the new collection it will take you into that collection so that you can add new media or record something new to add to it.

While within the collection you will have the options to drag & drop a file from your device or a YouTube video's link.

To add media that already exists within your Studio library you will want to click on the three dots to the right of the videos name. This will bring up a few different options, select "Move to" and then specify the collection that you would like to add the media to.

When selecting the option to move you can either chose an existing collection or you can create a brand new one.
