In this Bridge Learn release (July 31) added the ability to add/update/remove Managers through the user interface has been added to the system. Learners can join Live Training Sessions up to 15 mins after it starts. We have also implemented fixes for the “Fine Tune” option disappeared from the Deep Dive reporting option, Live Training Session print out was cutting off users names, and Users that were manually created were not getting welcome emails |
Updated Feature
Ability to update users Managers through user profile
The ability to add/update/remove Managers through the user interface has been added to the system. This provides the ability to quickly make changes to single users and no longer requires a full run of a csv file.

Extended join time for Live Training Sessions
Learners can join Live Training Sessions up to 15 mins after it starts.
Bug Fixes
Fine Tune option missing from Deep Dive
The “Fine Tune” option disappeared from the Deep Dive reporting option. This button can again be seen when going into the Overdue or Completed Learners reports.
Live Training Session Print Out
The Live Training Session print out was cutting off users names. We’ve pushed a fix so this properly displays all users names.
Manually created users not getting welcome emails
Users that were manually created were not getting welcome emails. This has been corrected and all users will get the welcome email once they have an email address added.

Custom questions in the Talent Reviews can be made optional. Feedback comments no longer have character count limits. |

Snapshots in Talent Reviews
Managers can see a snapshot of their users achievements, feedback, goals, and 1on1’s. This helps provide valuable information when going through the review process. Managers can click through to see this information or can use the “show full history” to see all items for the users history on one screen. Note: Facilitators cannot see the snapshots only Managers can.

Start-Stop-Continue Feedback
We’ve added a Start-Stop-Continue option as a feedback option. The Start-Stop-Continue framework is a simple format that you can use for many different use cases for getting feedback.

Optional questions in Talent Reviews
Custom questions in the Talent Reviews can be made optional. This allows assessors to complete a review without answering those questions is they do not necessarily pertain to the user being assessed.

Feedback character limit has been removed.
Feedback comments no longer have character count limits. This allows users to provide feedback and share all information they believe is pertinent to the assessment.
