Exposed the Manager and Observer roles in Roles & Permissions

We’ve exposed the actual permissions of the Manager and Observer roles in the Users & Permissions area. This information will be visible to Admins but are not able to be edited. The goal of exposing these permissions is to give greater transparency of those roles so Admins can more easily create custom roles based off of them. Note: Managers in Bridge have permissions from both the Manager and Observer roles. The permissions from the Manager role only apply to a Manager’s team while the permissions from the Observer role apply to the entire account.

In this Bridge Perform release (August 13) Admins can now set Performance Conversation to start up to 60 days in advance. Users can now more easily find the Export to PDF feature for Performance Conversations.

Updated Feature

Performance Conversations can now be scheduled to start 60 days in advance.

Admins can now set Performance Conversation to start up to 60 days in advance. This is true for cycles with 3, 6, or 12-month frequency. Previously, the maximum number of days you could start a PC cycle before the due date was 20. Note: PCs with 1-month frequency are still limited to 20 days maximum.

Users can export Performance Conversations to PDF from the Completed Agenda view.

Users can now more easily find the Export to PDF feature for Performance Conversations. Previously, users had to navigate to 1on1 Check-in History to find their historical PC to be able to Export. The Export to PDF button can now be found by navigating to the PC from a user’s History Timeline and clicking on the link to View Performance Conversation.
