Performance

In this Bridge Performance release (Jan 22) Rather than using the current PC Scheduler feature, Admins will create cycles individually and will also be able to name each cycle. In the Performance Conversations Insights page, Admins can switch between past and current cycles to view completion and progress. Viewing Performance Conversations as a Manager and Employee will be improved to support the new Performance Conversation Cycle functionality, such as supporting concurrent cycles and snapshotting users.

New Features

Create Performance Conversation Cycle and Employee Snapshotting

Rather than using the current PC Scheduler feature, Admins will create cycles individually and will also be able to name each cycle. Once a cycle is kicked off, Bridge will “snapshot” or “freeze” the employee list and their current manager hierarchy so that any changes to the org structure will not affect the active performance conversation.

Performance Conversation Insights Report to View Past Cycles

In the Performance Conversations Insights page, Admins can switch between past and current cycles to view completion and progress. This will better support Admins in reviewing historical cycles for auditing and compliance.

Employee/Manager Performance Conversations Cycle Details Page

Viewing Performance Conversations as a Manager and Employee will be improved to support the new Performance Conversation Cycle functionality, such as supporting concurrent cycles and snapshotting users. Performance Conversations will be removed from the 1on1 Agendas page and the global navigation. Instead, users will be able to access Active Performance Conversations from the Homepage.
