New SCORM setting "Reset RunTime Data Timing."

We've opened an additional option to allow users to clear SCORM suspend data between sessions after an attempt is complete, ensuring that Bridge and SCORM attempts stay synchronized. 

The functionality requires that the course properly completes and exits its session once an attempt has been finished.

This also ensures that the learning experience functions as designed, allowing a course to either save progress or reset completely.
