Improvements in Analytics based on feedback

We've made some minor improvements based on customer feedback after the general release of Learn Analytics.

• Removed the 500 rows limit from dashboard schedules.
• Removed the "View Look" feature to decrease complexity and enhance user experience.
• Locked program items are no longer in the reports to ensure better representation of actionable learning item reports.

Analytics Provisioned Users Support

Provisioned users are the base contract value with Bridge Customers; thus, it is an important metric. Due to this, the widget shows non-deleted users you've had month by month in the filtered time range. If the user is created on any day of a month, it will count as one in that month. Users will not count to a month if they have been deleted during the whole month.

Smart Groups with Hire Date

Smart Groups can be created with the default Hire Date field to better support your training needs, particularly when onboarding new employees.

Some Videos Unable to be Viewed

We experienced an issue with some videos throwing an error message when trying to view them. We were able to identify and correct this issue so the videos are viewable.

Performance Conversation Rating Customization

Rating Scales are customizable and can be changed to something other than the default 5 point scale. Note: It must have a minimum of 3 points.
