New Fields for Goals
A number of new data fields were added to both individual and team goals. The changes include:
- Description
- Start Date
- Additional status options - incomplete, watching, canceled
- Weight
Cascading Goals
Managers will see a new field within a team goal called "Goal Cascade." Here, they can select if the team goal is for direct reports only or direct and indirect reports. Previously a manager was only able to create a team goal and cascade it to direct reports. Those direct reports would then need to recreate the same goal and cascade it down to their team, creating unnecessary duplicate team goals.
