While editing a course, click the Media icon in the authoring toolbar.

Click the Bridge Advanced Video icon. From this interface, select the Video Card that you will be editing. 

To access the Video Editor, first, click the Menu [1] on the container that houses the video. Next, select Video Editor [2] option.

To open the Slide Editor, click on the Slide Editor icon.

In the Slide Editor, you can synchronize a PowerPoint or PDF with a video by uploading your file or drag and drop the file in the editor.

Once the file is uploaded, click the Play/Pause button to set the time for the first slide to display. When the video reaches the time you'd like the first slide to display, click the +Set Slide 1 [1] button. To move to the second slide to advance, click the arrow [2] on the right of the PDF or PowerPoint. Continue these steps for each additional slide.

You can delete the entire slide deck or individual timings if necessary
