Managers can edit all goal fields for direct reports
Managers have full edit access to the individual goals for their direct reports. Previously they were only allowed to edit certain fields for direct reports goals. This will allow managers to help set and facilitate the goal settings and review process. Even with the "Restrict Employee Editing" setting enabled, managers will still have the ability to edit the employees' goals.
