Certificate Link in Analytics Transcript

Certificate links are in the Analytics Transcripts as part of the Learn Insights retirement project. Certificates will only be displayed for courses that are in the viewer domain. For example; If the user viewing the transcripts is in the root account it will have a certificate link. Subaccount-related enrollments will not have a certificate link displayed in the transcript column. If the viewer visits a subaccount only enrollments in the subaccount will have a certificate link.
