We are having an issue with SCORM files from various sources not marking completed after the course is passed successfully. In order for the course to be removed, we must masquerade as the learner and refresh several times on a desktop computer. Some SCORM files must be manually marked completed. We have verified the SCORM course settings and we do not have any of these issues when taking the course on a desktop or in the browser on a cell phone. The SCORM issue appears to be isolated to the app only.
Is anyone experiencing these issues? Have you been able to pinpoint the issue or solution? It seems to be an app issue.
