Articulate Storyline Course Not Tracking Progress or Completion Status

We've purchased a course from an external vendor. The course was built in Storyline.

The course is not tracking any progress or completion status.

Can anyone please provide details or insights into how a course built in Articulate Storyline can be effectively used within Bridge?

  Hi Shaun...did you get this figured out? Recently, I had a similar issue. I had published some courses in SCORM 2004, and the solution was to publish them in SCORM 1.2. You might check with your vendor to see if they can share a different version and replace it. I was able to work with a Bridge support person to verify it wasn't reading the completion status correctly, and that everyting was fixed when I republished in the 1.2 format.
