Completed a course - marked as uncompleted and ask to resume

Hi all, I finished a course (The Accidental Editor) on 15 November 2022. The course is marked on my dashboard as incomplete and offers a button to resume (the full 4 hours). Is there a way to get this marked as complete?

    I've had this happen to learners as well; I am able to mark it as completed as the admin, but don't understand why it isn't marking itself as complete when the user finishes it. Even going in and masquerading as them, if I "pick up where I left off", it sometimes takes me to the end of the course, so not sure where that disconnect is.
