Not able to expand Bridge Advanced Video player to full screen
Is anyone else having issues with expanding videos within courses to full screen?
Previously, this worked just fine, and in the last week it has become disabled for all of my courses. Bridge Support can expand to full screen on their side, but nothing works on my side. Have cleared cache from all time; even tried incognito browser. Watched Bridge's most recent Road Map call and experienced the same thing. Bridge says it's an issue with our environment.

Wanted to provide some follow-up in the event anyone experiences this in the future. The issue was created because something about our company-issued laptops (Microsoft Surface Pros) makes Bridge think we are viewing on mobile devices. Bridge was able to fix this although it took several weeks.
