Learner no longer needs to receive training

I have a course which is assigned to learners regularly. However, there are 2 learners which are not needed to be enrolled anymore as their job scope has changed. I cannot archive the course because we still have other learners who need to be re-enroll everytime there is content change to the course. What should I do?

    Hi Frances

    Id remove the learners from the course, rather than changing settings on the course itself or assignment:

    1. Author > Courses > Click into Course
    2. Click onto Learners tab
    3. Search for the first learner you want to remove from the course
    4. Click the ellipsis '...' and select 'Delete' 
    5. Repeat for second learner you want to remove from the course

    We still want to keep the learner for the training record as deleting the learner May means there wouldn’t be any training record?

    Hi there!

    If you delete the record, the history will remain in the background. Should you need it in the future, you could reload the record and see the history restored. I'd suggest downloading the transcript for ready-reference. But even if you don't, the history is never truly gone, just invisible if the record is deleted the way Em suggests above.
