Flash-based training not working

I am working on Agent Certification Training, and Unit 02, Training Overview, is flash based and Flash is no longer supported anywhere. Its end of life was Dec 31, 2020.

 

Anyone else encounter this, and if so, how did you get around the need for Flash to view the training?

    This sounds like a question for your internal team. They likely need to update their training content. Hopefully you have a contact in your training or development group at your company who can help.
