Permanently Delete a User
Occasionally we will have a user depart and then a different person will be given the same username. Unfortunately this recreates the first person. How can I delete the first person so that the username will be new?

We have a 'similiar' issue when we hire our temporary employees. In our case we can't let them keep their username- as it's tied to their temporary position. For us I think it's an upstream issue from our payroll.
